Assembláge is a mission-driven organization working to disrupt generational cycles of poverty and underemployment among marginalized individuals. We equip those we serve with the tools and resources they need to realize economic self-sufficiency through entrepreneurship. Our work focuses on providing positive peer pressure, coaching, and mentorship to help our entrepreneurs realize their personal aspirations, maneuver through emotional and mental challenges that arise, and reach financial sustainability. Assemblage provides comprehensive, holistic training and support that leads to viable small businesses for marginalized people. By providing the tools, expertise, and partnerships necessary to realize one’s entrepreneurial vision, we support broad participation in the diversity and inclusion of the global economy. The purpose of Assembláge is to become a premiere incubator for marginalized entrepreneurs – Assembláge aims to provide a hand up, not a hand out.
